About Intervolut

Intervolut is a SaaS platform operated by Foxary SRL, a company registered in Belgium. Foxary SRL Rue Martin Pfeiffer 7 Brussels, Belgium contact@intervolut.com By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate account information, use Intervolut legally and respectfully, and keep your login credentials secure. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell Intervolut, attempt to bypass security systems, or use the platform to harm, harass, or mislead others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Accounts & Access

Consultants receive access to interview simulations (text, voice, camera), AI feedback and analytics, and their personal performance history. Managers can view profiles, session results, and AI feedback for consultants they manage. Managers cannot view global rankings, compare consultants across companies, or access recordings of users outside their team.

Simulations & AI

By using interview simulations, you agree that Intervolut may process voice recordings, optional camera recordings, transcriptions, and AI-generated metrics and feedback. Camera recordings are processed and stored securely via Cloudflare. All recordings remain stored until you delete them or your account. AI scores are advisory only and have no hiring or legal implications.

Payments & Billing

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Refunds are provided only when required by law or explicitly stated. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security actions, or system upgrades. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, and features of Intervolut belong to Foxary SRL. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the platform while your subscription is active. You may not copy or reuse our UI, code, or content, claim ownership of AI-generated insights, or use Intervolut materials in competing products.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Foxary SRL may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or pose security risks. Upon termination, platform access ends immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Intervolut provides AI-generated feedback for training purposes only. We do not guarantee job placement, hiring results, or professional outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxary SRL is not responsible for loss of income or opportunities, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or issues resulting from misuse of the platform.

Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continuing to use Intervolut after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Intervolut shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
